Terms & Conditions

All prices quoted are in Canadian dollars.

50% deposit required on Packages 1-5. Remainder due upon completion. The client’s website will be removed from the server after 5 days if final payment is not received.

Full payment required for Webmaster Services prior to beginning the work.

The websites are based on original designs by Courtesan Concepts and are owned by Courtesan Concepts. The client may not use the design for any future website or endeavour.

The client guarantees that she/he owns the rights to any text, photos, graphics or any other material submitted for use on her/his website. If she/he does not own the rights then she/he must ensure that she/he has permission to use the material. Courtesan Concepts is not responsible for any wrongful use of any material submitted by the client.

Autobiographical and promotional text submitted by the client belongs to the author and/or client and will not be used in any manner by Courtesan Concept except for the purposes of the client’s website and only for active accounts.

Photos supplied by the client for the client’s website gallery and/or graphics belong to the photographer and/or client and will not be used in any manner by Courtesan Concept except for the purposes of the client’s website and only for active accounts.

Colour correction, blurring, shadowing and any other photoshop touch-ups are not included in the Package prices. Photos submitted will be used in the state that they are received. Minor cropping and/or resizing photos may be done so that they fit the design or template. If the client requires extensive photo enhancements or photo correction it must be done by an outside service to be negotiated by the client and the outside service. Any additional cost is the responsibility of the client.
